Information you submit
We may receive email addresses, assessment answers, support messages, product selections, and information needed to deliver a purchased kit or membership. Do not submit medical records, government identifiers, payment-card numbers, or confidential legal material through free-form fields.
How it is used
Information is used to operate requested site functions, respond to messages, maintain a launch list, process purchases through Stripe when commerce is enabled, deliver email through Resend, prevent abuse, and understand site reliability. We do not sell personal information or promise advertising uses we do not operate.
Service providers
Vercel hosts the site. Resend may deliver email. Stripe processes payment details when checkout is enabled; IceMachinePath does not receive full card numbers. Database and analytics providers, when configured, process the minimum data sent to them under their own terms.
Retention and choices
We retain information as needed for the requested service, transaction, legal obligations, security, and dispute handling. You may ask to access, correct, delete, or stop marketing use of your information; legal or operational retention may still apply.
Security and contact
The site uses HTTPS and reasonable access controls, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Contact support@icemachinepath.com with a privacy request. We may need to verify the requester's identity.
